PRIVACY

We take your privacy very seriously here at Aeon Fawkes, Inc. and securely process all credit / debit cards using the most up to date security measures. We do not sell or provide our customers' information to third party members, in fact, no personal information from our customers is stored so none can be hacked or lost.

Prices subject to change at any time for any reason. Not responsible for typographical errors.



SALES

Before making your purchase, please be sure the items you purchase comply with your local, city and state laws. Some localities may have special restrictions on certain items. This is especially true for body armor and high capacity magazines.



BACK ORDERED ITEMS

We sell our items at multiple locations and at times we may run out of a particular item before we are able to update the real-time quantity available on the website. In the rare circumstance that an item you purchase is sold out we will immediately notify you with options to place the order on back order or to receive a refund or exchange.


RESTRICTIONS

This list of restrictions are only those that we are aware of. There may be additional restrictions in your area and it is your responsibility to know them and comply with them. We will update this list as we are made aware of new restrictions...


Magazines over 10rds, no sales to:

Parts Kits, No Sales to: California, Cook County IL, Kansas, New York, D.C., Washington State,

Body Armor: Federal law prohibits felons from purchasing, owning, possessing body armor. If any other federal, state or local laws prohibit you from purchasing it, please do not.


MILITARY SURPLUS ITEMS

Items listed as "military surplus' items are just that, 'military surplus.' Many of these items may still be fully functional but due to being 'military surplus' these items are not covered by factory guarantees or warranties and we cannot offer such warranties or guarantees as well. We sell these items as collector's militaria / novelty items only. Use at your own risk. Aeon Fawkes, Inc. assumes no liability for claims arising from damages or injuries caused by the use of 'military surplus' or other items sold by Aeon Fawkes, Inc.


WARRANTIES

Only items that expressly state they carry factory warranties probably will due to a large portion of our items being military surplus.




SHIPPING


At Aeon Fawkes we know that you want your items fast, and that's why we get your items out fast. We also take pride in having your packages safely packed and ready for speedy delivery without delay and provide tracking numbers for your order. All packages will leave our facility in excellent condition, if your package should arrived damaged and the contents are damaged, please make a report with the carrier prior to contacting us, we will not ship damaged items or boxes in damaged condition. (See below for "Damaged items")

ITAR (International Trafficking in Arms)


Because many military items, and even non-military items, are restricted from export under strict ITAR rules, purchasers of any items on this site agree that he/she is the end user of item(s) purchased, a U.S. citizen, not restricted from owning/possessing items purchased, purchaser has no intentions of using any items purchased on this site in any unlawful manner, purchaser will not export items from this site outside of the United States, and purchaser will not do anything else illegal with items from this site.


International Shipping

Due to ITAR rules we do not sell outside of the United States.

We cannot ship to APO/FPO, sorry.


TAXES

Ohio residents are subject to a 7.25% Sales and Use Tax that will be added to the final
purchase price.


DAMAGED ITEMS

Upon the rare occurrence of receiving a damaged item, please examine the shipping box for signs of damage. If there are signs of damage or rough handling of the package, please first contact and make a report with the carrier prior to contacting us, they should provide a case number or other record number. After a report has been made to the carrier, please contact us at [email protected] with "DAMAGED ITEMS" and the Order Number in the subject line. Please provide the case number from the report to the carrier, a description of the damaged item and package, and preferably pictures of the item and package.

If an item is received damaged but no damage is observed on the shipping box please contact us at [email protected] with "DAMAGED ITEMS" and the Order Number in the subject line. Please provide a description of the damage and if possible pictures of the damaged item.


RETURNS & CANCELED ORDERS

At this time, due to the Covid-19 situation, we are unable to accept returns on gas masks unless they were sold brand new in sealed packaging, and returned in the same sealed condition. I apologize for the inconvenience.

We here at Aeon Fawkes put forth much effort for making sure you receive what you expect with no hidden surprises. But if for whatever reason you wish to return an item, we will respectfully accept the return for (1) exchange, (2) refund, or (3) credit for next purchase, following the guidelines below. (We provide a 3 day inspection period, this inspection period begins the day of delivery of the item.)

1. We must be contacted within the 3 day inspection period of your intent to return the item.

Email us at [email protected], with "RETURNS" in the subject line along with the Order Number. Write a brief description of the reason for the return request.

2. If there is a problem with the item on our part, we will pay for return shipping, but if the item is being returned for other reasons, purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. We will provide an RMA# and a return address, the RMA# must be written on the outside of the package being returned.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days from date of RMA# being provided.

In most cases a 20% restocking fee may apply (this fee is a combination between fees we have to pay for credit card fees for the sale and for the refund of the sale and a slight restocking fee). If item was sent in sealed original factory packaging and the item is opened, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the item as we can no longer sell it as new. If the returned item is not the item that was originally sent or shows signs of damage or overuse the return may be rejected and the item may be returned to the buyer and the refund denied.

Canceled orders, including orders on backorder, will also be charged a 20% cancellation fee regardless if the order has shipped or not. This is because our merchant service provider charges us once for the initial sale, and again for the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable if the item has already shipped.
