Our SM-3 gas masks were out of stock but we had many requests to bring them back. We did't think we could but we were fortunate enough to snatch up two brand new Swiss Army SM-3 Gas Masks by Huber & Suhner. The Swiss SM-3 gas mask is a true functional collectors item, nearly impossible to find outside of its home country and even harder to find BRAND NEW. The Swiss SM-3 Gas mask is made of an extremely soft rubber with a comfortable six point mesh harness for extended use. The SM-3 gas mask is Swiss Army issue and rated for NBC CBRN. The Swiss SM-3 gas mask has a large front voicemitter, an integral drinking system (Swiss canteen with compatible cap is included) a great field of view, but one thing that really stands out with the Swiss SM-3 gas mask is its amazing versatility with filter location options. Most masks have one or two filter ports, this mask has THREE filter ports. The Swiss SM-3 uses standard NATO 40mm threaded filters that can be mounted in three different locations, left side, right side, bottom, or any combination thereof. These Swiss SM-3 gas masks also include two filter port plugs so you can use only one port at a time and no tools are required to remove or reinstall the plugs. We got really lucky with this find and do not expect to come across these again in the near future.
