New old stock in original package, military surplus CBRN 40mm NATO close quarters filter hose assembly. These are the newer style hoses made for the M45 mask but will work with most standard 40mm NATO masks. These are lighter weight than the older version and entirely non-metallic.

(NOTE: These were designed for the M45 series mask which has a filter port with similar depth as the M40 and MCU series masks. Some masks, like the Avon FM12, C50, FM53 etc., have deeper filter wells, meaning, the hose will not come into contact with the gasket to create a seal. I do have a listing for standard M40/MCU gaskets, but they are thin and it would require multiple extra gaskets of that thickness. I'm in the process of getting new C50/FM53 gaskets and I will find out how many it will take to get a good seal.)
Used by tank and other vehicle crewman as well as special ops for close quarters combat where a large filter protruding out the side of your mask could make the difference between life and death.
