The M42 / M45 Carrier is specifically designed for the M45 mask. It is slightly larger than a regular carrier, designed to accommodate the addition of the 40mm NATO hose commonly used in close quarters scenarios with respirators. The inside of this carrier has three pockets for the manual, lenses and/or other small accessories. There is an exterior pocket with hole for the hose and another exterior pocket to store the straps when not in use. The carrier can be worn on the side or as a drop leg pouch. Carriers are military surplus and in excellent condition.
